in nw corner of church large regimental memorial of wooden panels commemorating men of clr fell in wwi , wwii, surrounding boer war memorial, book of remembrance.
on n pillar of nave doorway crude wooden cross, erected on battlefield @ loos mark mass grave of 87 officers , men of battalion fell there on 25 september 1915. cross made riflemen luce , garnsey , stood throughout war until replaced permanent memorial when bodies reburied in maroc british cemetery. cross in st james s church, croydon.
also in church, hanging wooden tripod, bell of ss la marguerite, vessel took 1/6th londons france in 1915. bell presented regiment when ship scrapped, , in interwar years stood regimental silver in hq @ farringdon rd.

one of these items of silverware, mildren trophy, depicting soldier of 1914–18, presented clr s honorary colonel annual competition companies in attack. in collection of queen s royal surrey regiment.

59–61 farringdon road rebuilt after 1915 air raid. bears commemorative plaque , today called zeppelin building . side entrance 6th londons hq behind (no 57a) labelled drill hall .


the 6th londons 1 of chalk badges has been preserved on fovant down, visible a30 road.


a detachment of clr attended unveiling of 47th division s memorial cross @ high wood in 1920s.
