biography
1980s

in 1982, marie möör met french saxophonist, barney wilen jazz musician @ age 18 playing miles davis . released first single : pretty day. written lyrics , sang song, barney wilen composed music , produced record. played tenor saxophone musical accompaniment claude micheli , guillaume loizillon.


the track appears on 2008 compilation album : bippp under label everloving records. track appears on 2011 release marie möör & barney wilen (cendrilion). bruno bayon, journalist working libération daily newspaper said in 2007 cendrilion album : le temps d un album classique rock français . release of album in 2011 provides opportunity discover songs : garçon à lunettes, mon blouson c est ma maison, boys in blue, angelo, beau masque, skurt & grixy, had been unknown public.


at same time, returned studio record second single, illusions , falling in love again, friedrich holländer music. barney wilen, adapted, played tenor saxophone, recorded song more rock oriented.


in parallel, marie möör began work in drawing , painting encouragement of barney wilen used these images in several opportunities illustrate album cover on played jazz music : in 1991, sanctuary, in 1992, dream time , essential ballads.


in 1987, marie möör signed record contract polydor records. french newspaper libération published info photo in front-page news. strong media exposure frighten record company , preferring no longer support artist. however, single has been released on major label : prends-moi, prends-moi, in calypso-style music. song has been signed michel moers of music band telex , barney wilen.


1990s

in 1993, marie möör released debut album aigre-douce alfa records. covers song of damia , several french standards. album features personal songs : angelo , new version of beau masque. album released in japan , distributed in france. sang 2 songs, tu ne sais pas aimer (damia) , j ai le cafard (fréhel) on barney wilen s album starbust forever.


in 1998, french singer/songwriter jean-louis murat composed album entitled svoboda , based on texts marie möör. unfortunately, unpublished musical recording despite continual support of bruno bayon : svoboda je vais mourir sauf accident worthy of jacques dutronc or se voir se rendre worthy of françoise hardy, album has remained @ draft stage contractual , economic reasons.


2000s

in 2001, christophe, 1 of masters of french pop , best known 1965 hit single aline, took 2 texts of marie möör : la man , j’aime l’ennui album comme si la terre penchait. new artistic collaboration christophe in 2008 album aimer ce que nous sommes. marie möör wrote french lyrics of wow wow wow (originally called parc rimbaud) interpreted french film actress isabelle adjani , odore di femina.


in 2012, french singer bertrand burgalat took texts of marie möör : sous les colombes de granit. song included on burgalat s new album, toutes directions, released in spring of year.


rose et noire & other colors

in 2001, met contemporary artist laurent chambert whom formed project rose et noire. first album released in 2003, rose et noire, after six-track mini-album entitled quelque chose de nouveau. second album released in 2006, tracé dans le bleu. collaboration continued more radical approach , experimental music project under name other colors (les autres couleurs). first album in 2008, 361

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
