the national cutting horse association governs cutting horse competition in united states. offer affiliate designation clubs , organizations meet ncha affiliate guidelines. in 2015, there 132 ncha affiliates world wide including us, australia, brazil, canada, czech republic, france, germany, italy, netherlands, sweden, , switzerland.


ncha-australia 1 such affiliate 53 of own designated affiliates throughout australia. host on 200 cutting horse competitions in brisbane, melbourne , @ sydney royals. sponsor 3 yr. old cutting futurity in may or june each year @ australian equine , livestock events centre (aelec), tamworth, new south wales.


the american cutting horse association (acha) independent cutting horse association own established rules , regulations. sponsor annual aged event championship show in september includes divisions 3 yr. old, 4 yr. old, , 5 & 6 yr. old cutting horses. of year-end 2015, acha not recognized ncha affiliate, , has 4 affiliates of own, including south west texas cutting horse association, belton, texas, south texas cutting horse association, brenham, texas, american western sports cutting horse association, sulpher springs, texas, , american oklahoma cutting horse association, corn, oklahoma.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
