china fast-growing market air traffic control equipment. on past 10 years, caac has spent approximately $1 billion on air traffic management (atm) infrastructure improvements. 2005, china had installed 31 primary radars, 52 secondary radars, more 1,000 high frequency (vhf) communications systems, on 160 omnidirectional range , distance measurement systems (vor/dmes), , more 140 instrument landing systems (ils) (see distance measuring equipment). caac air traffic management bureau’s (atmb) goal on next 5 years improve facilities in eastern , mid-western sections of country. improvements call comprehensive data network, new automation-center systems, ground-air voice/data communications, , new en route radars.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
