coordinates 16°55’ 18°05’ north , 105°37’ 107°00’ east. borders hà tĩnh province on north ngang mountain pass natural frontier, quảng trị province south, laos west, , faces dong sea east. narrowest part east (seaside) west (laotian border) 40 km. provincial topography characterized general slope, higher in west , lower in east, hilly , mountainous areas accounting 85% of total area. annamite range natural border between quảng bình province , laos peaks ranging 1,000 1,500 m, summit of peak phi co pi height of 2,017 m. in east of province lower hills , several narrow plains , river deltas. seaside sand dunes belt natural dam protects land ocean tides.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
