on international stage, borgetti first played mexico on 5 february 1997 against ecuador. not make mark internationally, however, until qualification campaign 2002 fifa world cup began in late 2000. after qualification campaign proved successful mexico, borgetti became regular starter within squad , went on score goals country @ 2001 copa américa, 2002 world cup, , 2004 copa américa.


borgetti s successful tournament 2005 fifa confederations cup. scored 3 goals against brazil , germany , helped mexico fourth-place finish. had retake penalty twice against brazil due various infractions. blocked on third attempt, later scored winning goal resulted in 1–0 upset.


on 25 march 2007, borgetti came off bench, replacing omar bravo in match against paraguay. borgetti scored 2 goals within 3 minutes. on 8 june 2007, borgetti played in 2007 concacaf gold cup, scoring 2 goals. scored goal in quarter-finals against costa rica. in final against united states, borgetti injured himself, , not participate in 2007 copa américa, mexico national team reached third place in competition against brazil , argentina, beating uruguay in third place game of copa américa.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
