mihailo mika Živanović - Žuti (yellow) born in prota mateja street in belgrade in 1928.


his first contact music, dating 1936, when father of eight-year-old mika enrolled him in primary music school stanković first taught play piano. year 1942 crucial in life because, upon hearing sound of clarinet through radio london, realized wanted. , since then, fascinated beauty of jazz, had regularly visited concert hall in belgrade , listened jazz concerts of our masters (elija genić, mladen guteša, vojin popović , others), of foreign performers (kari burnett, german singer).


mihailo attended third male grammar school , secondary music school stankovic , piano department. enrolled @ faculty of sciences in belgrade, department of chemistry, , left music before graduation.


after war, in 1945, mihailo continued learn piano in secondary music school stanković .


the biggest turning point in life happened in 1946 when saw , bought first clarinet in consignment shop. since had possessed knowledge of music, began practice day , night, time – clarinet.


at age of eighteen, inspired music of glenn miller , woody herman orchestra, made firm decision devote life clarinet , music , graduated clarinet secondary music school slavenski in class of professor franjo partlić.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
