martin s debut solo album titled exile , kingdom released in canada , australia in 2006. among worked martin michael lee , ritesh das (toronto tabla ensemble). first single, titled world calling , open letter bush administration. during time martin supposed collaborate scott stapp did not ensue. in november 2006, martin released live album recorded september, titled live in brisbane 2006. two-disc album features ritesh das , toronto tabla ensemble, , consists of both solo , tea party songs. album complete recording of live performance full of jeff s banter bandmates , audience, including thoughts on disbanding of tea party , sees himself in life. in may 2007, martin released second live album live in dublin recorded drummer wayne p. sheehy, while martin s first solo music dvd live @ enmore theatre released through shock dvd in july 2007.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
