2014

as true freshman in 2014, allen competed kenny hill before season starting quarterback position. hill win job allen appearing in games backup. after team lost 3 straight games in october, competition opened again prior game against louisiana-monroe, , allen won starting quarterback position.


on september 14, 2014, made first appearance aggies , threw 12/16 completions 122-yards, 2 touchdowns, , interception. next week took on #3 auburn in auburn, alabama. led unranked aggies past tigers while throwing 277 yard , 4 touchdowns along 1 interception in 41-38 win, ending auburn chances of making playoffs , putting a&m in top 25.


allen finish season 3–2 win-loss record, including bowl win , mvp award. finished freshman season 118/192(61.5%) completions, 1,322 passing yards, 16 touchdowns, , 7 interceptions.


2015

following transfer of kenny hill texas christian university, allen positioned starter aggies in 2015. on august 24 during 2015 off-season, allen named starting quarterback against arizona state competition incoming freshman star kyler murray.


texas a&m got off 5–0 start, allen led sec in passing efficiency. then, against alabama, threw 3 interceptions returned touchdowns in 41–23 loss. during game, on oct 16, had 50 percent completion rate. went 12-for-34 passing (35.3 percent passing completion rate) 88 yards in 23–3 loss ole miss on oct. 24. friday before following game, head coach kevin sumlin named kyler murray starter , allen started practice third team.


against alabama, allen said suffered ac sprain in throwing shoulder told coaching staff enough face ole miss. allen miss playing in 35–28 win on oct 31 against south carolina , aggies loss auburn (26–10). kyler murray start in both of games , home win on western carolina. allen return starter on nov 21, 25–0 win on vanderbilt. played last game aggies on november 28, 2015, completing 15/28 passes 161-yards , touchdown in 7–19 loss lsu. finished second year completing 160/283 passes 2,210-yards, 17 touchdowns, , 7 interceptions. allen ran 65 yards , 2 touchdowns.


on december 10, 2015, allen announced transferring texas a&m. decision made him unavailable play in aggies music city bowl game , little on 2 weeks after aggies other quarterback, kyler murray, announced transferring. allen ended aggies career 278 completions in 475 attempts (58.5%), 3,532 passing yards, 33 passing touchdowns, , 14 interceptions in 20 games. announced on january 5, 2016, kyle allen intended transfer university of houston.

allen began classes @ houston on january 19, 2016, not eligible play cougars during 2016 season due ncaa transfer guidelines require transfers sit out single year.


2017

allen began 2017 season starting quarterback houston cougars. first game 19–16 victory cougars on arizona wildcats on september 9, 2017.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
