in 1985, crosby arrested drunken driving, hit-and-run driving accident, , possession of concealed pistol , drug paraphernalia. crosby arrested after driving fence in marin county suburb, officers found .45-caliber pistol , cocaine in car.


on march 7, 2004, crosby charged criminal possession of weapon in third degree, illegal possession of hunting knife, illegal possession of ammunition, , illegal possession of 1 ounce of marijuana. crosby left said items behind in hotel room. authorities said hotel employee searched suitcase identification , found ounce of marijuana, rolling papers, 2 knives , .45-caliber pistol. mr. crosby arrested when returned hotel pick bag. after spending 12 hours in jail, released on $3,500 bail. on july 4, 2004, pleaded guilty attempted criminal possession of weapon, fined $5,000 , given no jail time. prosecutors did not seek more severe penalty on weapons charge because pistol registered in california , stowed safely in luggage when found. charge of unlawful possession of marijuana dismissed. crosby discharged court on condition pay fine , not arrested again.

during 1990s, crosby appeared guest star in several episodes of john larroquette show, played part of larroquette s aa sponsor. appeared on episode of roseanne singer–husband of 1 of roseanne s co-workers, played bonnie bramlett. sang danny sheridan composition roll on down on episode. on episode of ellen called ellen unplugged , in helping out @ rock , roll fantasy camp. appeared pirate in 1991 film hook, 1970s hippie in 1991 film backdraft, , bartender in 1992 feature film thunderheart.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
