early career

pejić began career @ local club nk zmaj makarska moved play vrbovec in 2000. after 2 years @ club, decided move croatia sesvete, there moved bigger club, slaven belupo. after 3 , half years @ koprivnica club moved abroad first time play albanian side dinamo tirana.

dinamo tirana

pejić moved dinamo tirana in january 2007 , became immediate hit fans , players alike, scoring ability , general presence in side. first game in albania on 3 february 2007 away home against kastrioti krujë in hard fought victory. had wait until 28 april first goal, come in tirana derby against tirana, pejić scored in 27th minute prove consolation match lost 2–1.

however goal open floodgates of strikers scoring in albania, managed hit 4 goals past shkumbini peqin next week in emphatic 5–0 victory. 2006–07 season not successful 1 dinamo tirana did not win trophies , club managed 5th-place finish, although pejić did score 6 times in 13 games side.

on 22 june 2010, pejić returned albania signing one-year contract tirana €300.000. handed squad number 22, , made competitive debut on 1 july in goalless draw against zalaegerszegi in 2010–11 uefa europa league first qualifying round. tirana progressed next round winning second match 1–0 after time, eliminated 5–1 on aggregate utrecht; pejić played in both matches, , ended european campaign 4 matches.

on 2 august 2015, pejić joined iranian pro league club esteghlal signing two-year contract. on 14 august 2015, made debut esteghlal in match against zob ahan. scored debut goal in hazfi cup match against shahrdari semnan. on 20 november 2015, pejić came off bench in 86th minute , scored second goal in 2–0 away victory on foolad.

pejić returned albania , despite interest several albanian superliga clubs decided return kukësi on 30 july 2016 following year long absence. made return debut on 25 august in 2016 albanian supercup against skënderbeu korçë, starting , scoring team s third goal in eventual 3–1 win, winning first silverware club. made first league appearance of season on 7 september in goalless draw against vllaznia shkodër in opening day, , scored first 2 goals in following match, 3–0 home win against teuta durrës.

on 29 july 2017, pejić returned homeland , joined croatian top flight slaven belupo on one-year contract, returning @ pharmacists after 10 years. allocated squad number 9 2017–18 season. pejić made return debut on 5 august playing second half of 2–1 home win on cibalia, , opened scoring account later on 26 august netting in 2–2 draw versus rudeš.
