myrtle–wyckoff avenues on bmt canarsie line (originally named myrtle avenue) underground station, opened on july 14, 1928, , has 2 tracks island platform. mosaic band set @ eye level, rather high on wall, brick red, yellow, tan , light blue offset indigo , maroon. unlike other canarsie line island platform stations, there no visible girders in walls. ceiling lower @ other island platform stations. of distance between here , wilson avenue, canarsie-bound side located in brooklyn, while manhattan-bound side in queens.


south of station there third track layups or storage, used trains terminating here.
