the tarlac–pangasinan–la union expressway starts in tarlac city physical extension of subic–clark–tarlac expressway. expressway passes through municipalities of victoria, pura, ramos, , anao. significant portions of expressway in tarlac built on raised land or embankments, , existing roads cross through underpasses built on cuts on embankment. road enters cuyapo in nueva ecija without major junction, before entering pangasinan, @ municipality of rosales.

the pangasinan segment of tplex starts @ municipality of rosales, has 2 exits, named rosales , carmen, former remaining unopened. expressway crosses through viaduct on agno river, alongside san manuel–concepcion–mexico transmission line of ngcp. abandoned steel lattice tower visible viaduct , located @ middle of grassland. road enters urdaneta, served single interchange connects macarthur highway. urdaneta exit served expressway s northern terminus until extension binalonan opened. past urdaneta exit, tplex crosses above manila north road , under 500,000 kilovolt transmission line kadampat, ends @ partially opened trumpet interchange route 210 manaoag , mangaldan.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
