pozorrubio interchange under construction in macarthur highway in town of pozorrubio, pangasinan


in september 2016, dpwh said second exit of section 3a, covers 7.53-km binalonan pozorrubio, supposed open in december 2016. due dispute caused unsolicited san fabian realignment proposal, project target completion moved december 2019. binalonan pozorrubio section expected open around october 27, 2017, section did not open on date due minor right-of-way issues on missing 1-kilometer fence. opening date on december 6, 2017 morning (news dpwh). pozorrubio rosario open in june 2019.


extension laoag

on june 11, 2013, @ annual stockholders meeting of san miguel corporation, chairman, eduardo cojuangco jr., revealed plans of extending expressway north laoag, ilocos norte. said extension of toll road business laoag has been raised during arroyo administration.


extension san fernando, la union

as part of project of increasing 200 km radius of high standard highways of japan international cooperation agency (jica) 300 km radius metro manila, expressway extended city of san fernando, la union.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
