on 10 april, kay 1 said good-bye ersguterjunge via facebook. 5 days prior bushido announced trademark of phrase kay 1 on german patent , trade mark office.


in may 2012, kay 1 has been attacked after 2 performances masked persons armed knives, nobody got hurt. later blamed bushido sending people, denied it.


on 9 may 2013, released shindy diss track against kay one, titled alkoholisierte pädophile . on track, shindy claims co-wrote songs kay 1 s second album prince of belvedair , didn t paid. accused kay 1 , step-father oliver brodowski (also known olliwood), manager, being pedophile. kay 1 banned track , reacted via facebook it, stated diss track promomting shindy s up-coming album nwa , uncover truth bushido , shindy.


in middle of june 2013, bushido , shindy both guest @ german online hip hop portal 16 bars tv. in interview hostess visa vie, talked differences kay one. later in july, bushido refers kay 1 in song stress ohne grund : kay du bastard bist jetzt vogelfrei. du wirst in berlin in deinen arsch gefickt wie wowereit. (translated: kay bastard, outlawed. in berlin fucked in ass [klaus] wowereit.).


on 1 august 2013, released kay 1 s diss track nichts als die wahrheit , rapped past spent bushido , shindy. in return accusation of being pedophile, claimed bushido had cheated on wife seventeen-year-old girl. dispute escalates when kay 1 invited guest on german tv show stern tv, on 9 october 2013, talked mafia business of abou-chakers , claimed bushido slave of family , wants flee out of berlin. since then, kay 1 receives anonymous death threats , got police protection.


bushido announced diss track, called leben und tod des kenneth glöckner via social networks, 10-minute-long track. music video track released on november 22, 2013, via bushido s youtube channel , has reached within 24 hours 2 million views.

the sovereign building in 2011 the whitehall mall store sold leh s department store, several years flagship store on hamilton street in allentown remained vacant. added national register of historic places in 1979. in december 1982 allentown store purchased sovereign realty , development. building renovated , reopened sovereign building in may 1984. renovations included glass-arched entrance pedestrian plaza between hamilton , court streets leading grapefruit-domed lobby decor of antique brass, mirrors, greenery , wing-backed chairs. main floor , basement developed retail spaces, while upper floors turned 42 private office suites. sovereign later went financial difficulties , building sold @ sheriffs sale on 22 september 1989. today building operated office building owner resides in philadelphia.
